How one round of colour game actually works
A colour game set uses three identical six-sided dice. Instead of pips, each face carries one of six colours: red (pula), white (puti), yellow (dilaw), green (berde), blue (asul) and pink (rosas). There are 5 x 5 x 5 = 125 ways for no die to be green. There are 3 x 5 x 5 = 75 ways for exactly one to be green: three choices of which die shows it, five non-green faces each for the other two. There are 3 x 5 = 15 ways for exactly two, and exactly 1 way for all three. Those four counts add back to 216, which is the arithmetic check.

Minus ₱1.574 on a ₱20 stake is minus 7.87%, or exactly minus 17/216. Every colour carries it. Every roll carries it. It does not move with the size of the bet, the number of squares you cover, the dealer, the time of day or how the previous roll went.
The one-line derivation of 7.87%
There is a shortcut worth knowing, because it shows the edge is structural rather than a quirk of the payout numbers. Notice that the payout in units is always equal to the number of dice showing your colour: one die pays one unit, two pay two, three pay three. So the money flowing back to you is simply the expected count of matching dice, and the money flowing away is the stake, but only when that count is zero.
- Expected matching dice per roll: 3 x 1/6 = 0.5000 units.
- Probability of no match at all: 5/6 x 5/6 x 5/6 = 125/216 = 0.5787.
- Expected value per unit staked: 0.5000 - 0.5787 = -0.0787.
- Return to player: 100% - 7.87% = 92.13%.
That is the entire game in four lines. A fair version would need the average number of matching dice to equal the rate at which you lose the stake, and 0.5000 is simply smaller than 0.5787. The gap between those two numbers is the booth's income at a fiesta and the operator's margin online. Nothing a player does changes either number, because neither depends on the player.

The true-odds row is 1:1 on a single hit, 3:1 on a pair and 5:1 on a sweep, which returns exactly 100%. No booth and no licensed studio offers it, for the obvious reason that a zero margin pays nobody's rent. The rounds-per-hour column matters far more than most players expect, and it is the single biggest difference between a fairground mat and a screen.
